We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding a refund request.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, we do not require customers to return items in most cases. Instead, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us first at haavicooshop@gmail.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or return instructions.

Refunds may be offered in cases such as:

- the item arrives damaged or defective
- you receive the wrong item
- your order does not arrive
- the product has a significant issue

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, personalized items, or personal care products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
