For small to medium dogs this leash is probably great. My issue is that I have a 75lb husky who pulls hard and the cord feels a little thin for that level of force. It hasn't broken but I'm always a little nervous on our walks. The handle and the retraction mechanism are both solid — no complaints there. I think for a lighter dog this would easily be a five star product. Just wish there was a heavy-duty version available.
The cover itself is good quality and the waterproofing works well. My main issue is that one of the side straps started fraying after just a few weeks of regular use. It's still holding for now but I'm a little worried about longevity. Customer service was responsive when I reached out so that was a plus. Maybe I just got a bad unit — my neighbor has the same cover and hers is perfectly fine. Giving three stars for now but might update if the replacement they're sending holds up better.
Simple to use great quality and my dog adjusted to it immediately. The tangle free design works exactly as described. Five stars.
The bed is genuinely very soft and my dog loved it right away. My concern is that after about three weeks the filling in the center has compressed quite a bit and it no longer has that fluffy donut shape it started with. For a smaller dog it might hold up better but mine is around 40lbs. The outer walls are still fine but the base feels pretty flat now. Customer support offered a partial refund which was fair. Might try a larger size next time.
Bought this after seeing it recommended online. My German Shepherd took to it immediately. Soft durable and easy to clean. Highly recommend.
